We will determine the status of occupancy, the exterior and overall condition of the identified building and characteristics of the surrounding neighborhood. 2 and 3 Attempt Contact Inspections Contact inspection to gather information relative to the reason for delinquency. If direct contact with mortgagor is not made, the second attempt inspection will be made on a different date and time, during the "most feasible" times for contact. If direct contact with mortgagor is not possible on third attempt, contact with tenants and neighbors is completed in order to determine occupancy status as per our client's discretion. |
